Ingredients:
• 2 packages asparagus spears – frozen, 10 oz.,
• 1 pound ham – cooked, chopped
• 2 cups swiss cheese – shredded
• 1/2 cup onion – chopped
• 6 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
• 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half a nd pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes o r until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. .
