Ingredients:

Cake:
• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
• 1 Cup Cold Water
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 2 Cups Plain Flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Butter Milk

Icing:
• 1 Stick Butter
• 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
• 6 Tablespoons Butter Milk
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 Box Powder Sugar, Sifted

Directions:
Cake: 1. Put the butter, vegetable oil, cocoa, and water in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Using a mixer, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, eggs, and butter milk in a large bowl. 3. Pour hot mixture in to the bowl and mix well. 4. Pour mixture in to a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.

Icing: 1. Put the butter, cocoa, and buttermilk in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Remove from heat and add the powder sugar and the vanilla. 3. Mix well. 4. Pour over cake.
