Crock Pot Soup
Ingredients:
• 4 c. water
• 1 sm. onion, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 5-6 carrots, sliced
• 1 can tomatoes
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 lb. browned meat
• 2-4 tbsp. beef base, granules or paste
• 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1/2 c. flour
Directions:
Combine all but flour and butter in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high. Mix flour and butter; stir until smooth and add to crock pot and stir. Cook on high until thickened.
