Ingredients:
• 6 each chicken legs
• 3/4 cup bread stuffing mix, seasoned
• 3 tablespoon orange juice
• 2 tablespoon raisins
• 2 tablespoon apricots, dried, chopped
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1 cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon apricot or peach preserves

Directions:
Combine orange juice, fruits and butter with stuffing mix, blend until stuffing is thoroughly moistened. Carefully work fingers between the skin and meat of each chicken leg to form a pocket. Place stuffing under the skin. Arrange stuffed legs in a 9×9 baking dish, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Brush with preserves during the last 10 mins.
