• 1 cup finely ground gluten free KIND Maple Walnut Clusters Granola
• 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
• 6 tbsp melted butter
• 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp honey
Mix all ingredients until fully combined. Press into 9 inch lightly greased pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Add filling (pictured with canned gluten free cherry pie filling) to crust and bake an additional 30-40 minutes until filling is cooked and bubbly. Gluten Free Maple Granola Pie Crust has a similar taste to a cobbler and can be served room temperature or warmed and served with vanilla ice cream.
