Ingredients:
• 1 package Yeast
• 3 cups Bread flour
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Butter (sweet – at room temp)
• 1 cup Less 1 T hot water
• 2 Stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Be sure to use “crisp” bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.

Side Note:
Many of the bread recipes on this website are made for a Bread Maker. If you do not have one, sometimes you can adjust the Directions to work in your own kitchen.
