Ingredients:
• 4 c Lobster meat, chopped
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 ds Cayenne pepper
• 1 ds Mace
• 1 c Whipping cream
• 3 Egg yolks, beaten

Directions:
Saute lobster meat in the butter, in a sauce pan for 5 min and then add all of the spices, and then cook for 5 min. Stir in the cream and the eggs, cook until thickened stirring constantly.
