Ingredients:
• 1 each Large ripe avocado (about 8)
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon Seeded and finely chopped pieces
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocado; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes about a cup.
