Ingredients:
• 2 (12 oz.) cans pork and beans, drained
• 1 c. chopped onions
• 2 tbsp. margarine
• 1/2 c. molasses
• 1/2 c. Southern Comfort whiskey
• 2 tsp.instant coffee dissolved 1/4 c. hot water
• 1/4 c. chili sauce
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions:
Saute onions in margarine. Remove from heat. Add all remaining ingredients except the brown sugar and pineapple. Spoon into 2 quart casserole bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pineapple and bake uncovered 40 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
