Ingredients:
• 1 package (5/16-ounce yeast)
• 1 1/2 cups Unbleached flour
• 1/2 cup Bread flour
• 1/4 cup Oat flour
• 1 tablespoon Wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1 tablespoon Dry milk
• 1 tablespoon Margarine
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 7/8 cup Water

Directions:
Put all ingredients in order given into the bread pan. Select WHITE bread and push Start. Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices. Each slice: 153 calories; 1 gm dietary fiber; less than 1 gm soluble fiber; 29 gm charbohydrates; 4 gm protein; 2 gm fat (12% of calories from fat); 1 mg cholesterol; 268 mg sodium; 74 mg potassium; 17 mg calcium.
