• 1 Wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
• Sliced Tomatoes
• Asiago Ciabatta
• Romaine Lettuce
• Parmesan Chicken* Strips
• 1 lb. Boneless Chicken
• 1/2 c. Mayo
• 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 4 tsp. Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
• Black Pepper to taste
• Basil to taste
*Parmesan Chicken: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine mayo with cheese. Arrange chicken on baking sheet and top with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Bake until fully cooked. Use the broiler to make crispier.
Sandwich: Spread wedge of cheese onto the Asiago Ciabatta. Cut chicken into strips and place onto bread. Add tomatoes and lettuce.
