Philippine Chicken
Ingredients:
• 1 chicken, cut up
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Directions:
Put all in Crock Pot; cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve over rice.
