Pink Stuff
Ingredients:
• 1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
• 1 cherry Jello
• 1 box cottage cheese (sm.)
• 1 Cool Whip (sm.)
• 1 c. pecans
Directions:
Boil pineapple and juice (2 minutes). Add dry Jello. Cook two more minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add cheese, whipped cream and nuts. Mix well and store in refrigerator.
