• 1 full bottle of Sticky Fingers BBQ Sauce
• red pepper flakes
• dry mustard
• onion powder
• garlic powder
• 1-2 lbs pork loin country style ribs
To make Pork Loin Country Style Ribs, two hours prior to smoking, coat ribs with a thin layer of mustard. This helps to keep the seasoning to stick. Starting with the next ingredient listed after mustard above, lightly coat each rib all the way around, then do the same for the remaining ingredients. Once your smoker is preheated, use your flavored wood chips of choice (I used mesquite). Plan on smoking your ribs for at least 4 hours or until your meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees. After your 3rd hour of smoking, start coating each rib with BBQ sauce every 15 minutes until done.
