Ingredients:
• 3 cup cooked quinoa
• 1/2 cup gluten free flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1/4 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put cooked quinoa in food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl and add all other ingredients until fully combined. Pour into a lightly greased 9×9 baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Can be served at room temperature or served warm with ice cream.
