Ingredients:
• 5 ea Avocados; Ripe, Peel & Pit
• 4 ea Cloves Garlic; Finely Chopped
• 1 c Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
• 1/4 c Lime Juice
• 1/2 t Salt

Directions:
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
