Ingredients:
• 1 package cinnamon rolls
• 1 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
• 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 2 tbsp. melted margarine
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Topping:
• 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 4 tbsp. softened butter
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Open cinnamon rolls and press in individually into a glass pie plate. Make sure there are no gaps.
Mix blueberry filling, sugar, spice margarine and vanilla. Pour filling into crust. Combine topping ingredients until a crumble texture (a pastry cutter is a helpful trick) and crumble over-top. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbling. Serve Blueberry Pie with Cinnamon Roll Crust with vanilla bean ice cream.
