• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup Snyder’s Of Hanover Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks*
• Additional granulated sugar for rolling
*Use a food processor to chop pretzels into small pieces or place in a Ziploc bag, cover with a towel and use a rubber mallet to smash into small pieces until you fill 1/3 measuring cup.
To make these gluten free peanut butter pretzel cookies, mix all ingredients together. Use cookie scoop or roll into 1″ balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Use a juice glass to flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown.
