Ingredients:
• 2.5 lbs Pork Ribs, bone-in
• Water (cold)
• Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
• Rib Rub Recipe
Directions:
Rub the Rib Rub over the ribs creating a nice thin coating. Place cold ribs into your pressure cooker pot and cover with cold water. Cook in cooker for 15 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes (use the proper procedure to open your pressure cooker as described in your manual). While ribs are cooking in the pressure cooker, preheat your grill. Once you have opened the pressure cooker, place pork ribs on the grill and baste with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce. Every minute or so, flip pork and coat with sauce until edges are becoming crisp. If your ribs are fully cooked when pulled from the pressure cooker, you do not need to leave on the grill very long at all. Total time on the grill will only be 2 or 3 minutes. The good thing about this recipe is that if your ribs are not fully cooked using the pressure cooker (normally they are), you can keep them on the grill a little bit longer until cooked throughout.
