• 4 large potatoes – peeled & cubed
• olive oil
• chili pepper
• season salt
Preheat the oven to 450F. Coat potatoes evenly with all the remaining ingredients (place in a Ziplock bag and shake). Place potatoes on parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes, flip your Crispy Baked Chili Pepper Potatoes every 10 minutes.
