• 1 lb ground beef
• enough habanero cheese for 4 patties (1/4″ thick, 1″ cubes – usually 3-4 per burger)
• 3 tbsp real bacon bits
To make Sloppy Stuffed Cheeseburgers, preheat your stove top or grill. Start mixing all of the ingredients except the cheese. When making each patty, form the ground beef around 3-4 pieces of cheese. Make them the size you would normally make a burger, but make sure the ground beef surrounds all of the cheese. Most likely the cheese will make its way out the sides and onto your heat surface, so it’s best to keep it as contained as you can. Fry or grill the burgers to your liking.
