Quick & Easy Salsa
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 8-10 tomatillos, husks removed
• 1 tbsp rehydrated minced onion
• 2 jalepenos
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp garlic, minced
Start by washing tomatoes and tomatillos. Chop tomatoes, tomatillos, and jalepenos into quarter-inch sized squares. Add remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
