Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless chicken (~4 breasts)
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp turbinado raw cane sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
To make Brown Sugar Chicken, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay chicken breasts in 9×9 greased pan. Heat olive oil and garlic and cook until garlic is tender. In a separate bowl combine sugars, onion powder salt and pepper. Add oil and garlic to sugar mixture. Spoon over chicken breasts to create an even layer of crust on top of the chicken. Place in oven uncovered and cook for 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn on broiler to low/normal and cook an additional 10 minutes checking regularly until chicken is cooked and sugar is browned on the top. Serve with rice or quinoa.

I never cooked chicken thighs before so I didn t know how it was going to turn out but it was so good. I followed the recipe exactly except I transferred the chicken to a casserole dish and poured the garlic brown sugar sauce over the top.
