Ingredients:
• 4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 soup can water
• 3 to 4 carrots, cut in 1 inch sticks
• 3 to 4 potatoes

Directions:
Combine the above ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours. Vegetables can be added in the last half of cooking time to avoid the vegetables from becoming mushy.
